LUCKY DIARY#6：Enbrace the Sea

When we watch the movie of Little Mermaid, we're attracted by the romance. When we read The Old man and the sea, we admired the wisdom of facing uncontrol. And when we eat sushi and every fish dishes, we enjoy the taste. However, to most of poeple, it's easily to ignore that the sea is encountering huge danger. Pullution from digging of oil and inflowing from the land, climate change which has the temperture become higher year by year, and intemperate fishing are the main cause of the damage. Shallow sea area like intertidal zone reduced to the first line of the dramatical perish, with lot of coral reef dying and birds and turtles lost their homes.

In order to save the sea while save human's future, and take advantage of AI tech, I come up with an idea of an APP conception which takes "everyone can help" as the subject. The funtions of the APP is as follows:

1. information：unveil the reality

People have no idea of how terrible the ocean/shore pollution is. Recognizing the fact is the first step. With the APP, it will show the visual graph of the garbage distribution and the map of destroyed coral,  which makes the user to understand the reality easily.

2.  action: makes the change happen

As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words. Nothing would change without practice. Even though we're not rich, we can make an effort into it, as simple as cleaning the beach for example. The app can display the location of the cleaning activity, and users can record their participate and get rewards like a game, which may emcourage more and more people to join with.

3. knowledge: construct common sense

What I care is ont only the sea but also the ecology which is the fundation of human being. We only have one earth, and it's time to stop stealing the future from our descendants and all nature creatures Latest news such as SDGs, net zero and etc are provided on the APP, creating a eco-friendly learing place.

The APP conception is a wish that with the aid of AI tech, something good can happen to our world. A sustainable planet needs everyone's help to make it come true.

The app will visually depict garbage distribution and maps showcasing the devastation of coral reefs, enabling users to comprehend the situation easily.

Even if we are not wealthy, we can contribute by taking simple steps, such as participating in beach cleanups.
